Job Descriptions:
- Assist in collecting and organizing non-confidential risk-related data, such as risk register template or general risk categories.
- Help update a non-confidential or dummy version of the Risk Register as directed by the team.
- Prepare, build, and maintain a risk awareness dashboard using open or simulated data, aligned with the IT Risk teams objectives to promote risk awareness within organization.
- Take minutes of meetings (MoM) for internal meetings, excluding those with confidential discussions.
- Support the collection of feedback from other departments related to risk awareness initiatives, such as through surveys or public forms.
- Help organize and manage files in shared documentation folders.
- Perform other non-confidential administrative tasks to support the IT Risk teams daily activities.
Job Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Information System, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 31000 and/or ISO 27005 standards.
- Experienced in using documentation and spreadsheet tools, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat (PDF), with ability to track and categorize risk items when needed.
- Good at thinking clearly and solving problems.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
