Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and delivering IT projects that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with IT project governance, security, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in IT project coordination or management.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, preferable Agile).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
