IT Project Manager Telco Industry

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Proven experience in the telecommunication industry (mobile networks, ISP, data centers, OSS/BSS, or telecom infrastructure)
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-stakeholder IT projects
• Familiar with OSS/BSS, cloud platforms, network modernization, or digital services
• Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT service management (ITIL is a plus)

Job Description

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects in the telecommunication domain (e.g., network systems, OSS/BSS, cloud, cybersecurity, digital platforms)
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and telecom partners
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, security standards, and company policies
• Control project budget, resources, and quality standards
• Lead project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications in English
• Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to operations teams
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
