Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
Translate business requirements into project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and IT governance standards.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to management.
Ensure system implementation aligns with security, data protection, and audit requirements.
Support UAT, SIT, deployment, and post-implementation review activities.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Experience handling IT projects in banking or financial services (preferably Sharia banking).
Proven experience managing medium-scale IT projects with multiple stakeholders.

Technical & Functional Skills

Strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile/Scrum).
Experience managing projects related to core banking, digital banking, middleware, or regulatory systems.
Familiar with SIT, UAT, release management, and change management processes.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, and system integration.
Knowledge of banking regulations, risk, compliance, and information security is a plus.

Project Management Skills

Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience using project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar).

Certifications (Preferred)
