We seek an IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure modernization and security initiatives across the organization. This role drives strategic execution, ensures operational resilience, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's technology foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects (network upgrades, cloud migration, server modernization, etc.).
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with Infra, Security, Network, and Application teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Evaluate and implement best-practice security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Oversee infrastructure capacity planning, performance, and reliability improvements.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and dashboards for leadership.
- Act as an escalation point for critical infra/security issues during project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 47 years of experience in IT infrastructure/security roles, with at least 4 years managing IT Infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of networks, servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.
