To support our IT team, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join us as a IT Programmer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal software systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, Stock Management, CRM, Order Tracking, etc.).
- Create automation tools and digital workflows to improve efficiency across departmentsR&D, Production, QC/QA, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing.
- Integrate new systems with existing platforms such as ERP, accounting systems, inventory, HRIS, and third-party applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow between departments.
- Create and manage databases.
- Maintain data integrity, backup, and security protocols.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve system errors or bugs.
- Create user manuals, SOPs, and conduct system training for employees.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as: Java, Python, PHP, C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Flutter, or ReactJS
- Strong experience with database systems (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Oracle).
- Knowledge of ERP or manufacturing software is a plus.
- Understanding of API integration, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and cross-department collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
