Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in application/database support and IT operations.
- Proven experience in application support, incident management and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, support and end users.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Strong experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Java, Python) and RESTful API development
- Proficiency in SQL query optimization, indexing, backups, restores and disaster recovery planning
- Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab
- Proven experience on containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven on Automatic testing tools, integration and automated testing frameworks (e.g., JMeter, Appium, Selenium, Katalon).
