Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in application/database support and IT operations.
• Proven experience in application support, incident management and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, support and end users.
• Proficiency in React, Java Springboot, elastic search and grafana.
• Familiarity witch the Software Developmnet Lifecycle (SDLC) such as CI/CD
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization, indexing, backups, restores and disaster recovery planning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
