Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Quality Management System solutions
Gather and translate business needs from user into clear IT product requirements
Manage the full product lifecyclefrom ideation, prototyping, validation, to launch and post-implementation review
Ensure that all Quality systems meet compliance standards
Oversee integration of digital tools with other enterprise systems (ERP, Integrated Planning, etc.)
Define KPIs and success metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction.
Propose digital transformation solutions and design architechture that can shorten the Procurement & Order Fulfillment flow

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT product management, business analysis, or digital transformation
Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of system integration with ERP and Integrated Planning
Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and data governance practice
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex scientific processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional settings
Agile mindset, able to work in iterative development cycles and manage changing priorities
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance, quality, and data integrity.
