Job Description

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as IT PMO or in a Project Management role.
  • Proven experience handling ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Experience leading and coordinating multiple project teams (Project Managers, System Analysts, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, etc.).
  • Frequent coordination and communication with C-Level executives (CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO) to provide project updates, strategic insights, and decision support.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, PMO frameworks, and SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Responsible for project portfolio management, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Experienced in resource management and capacity planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including handling executive expectations.
  • Proficient in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in preparing executive dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and management reports.
  • Ability to enforce project standards, governance, templates, and best practices across the organization.
