Responsibilities
Job description:
We are seeking to hire a PMO Team Member (middle level) for our ongoing project. This role is crucial for the success of our project, and we are looking for a candidate who can independently manage and coordinate project activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to standard & governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Lead with managing big-scale project risks, issues, action items, schedules, meetings.
- Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.
- Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including local banks, regional offices, and the head office.
- Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities.
- Update project management documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
- Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.
- Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on PMO roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with international teams and understanding of cultural nuances in communication.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
