Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Standards

- Define and implement project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Portfolio Management

- Oversee IT project portfolio, prioritization, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

• Performance Monitoring

- Track KPIs for project success (scope, time, cost, quality).

- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Risk & Issue Management

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate resolution of escalated issues.

• Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators.

- Foster collaboration between IT and business units.

• Continuous Improvement

- Introduce tools and techniques for better project visibility and efficiency.

- Promote agile and hybrid methodologies where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree IT, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 5 years of experience in in project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
