We are now seeking an experienced IT Network & Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our network, servers, and core IT systems across all outlets, offices, and data platforms. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- MTCNA Certification (mandatory).
- 23 years of experience in network and infrastructure support is a must.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Ruijie, UniFi, and MikroTik devices (configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-team and regional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing & switching, VLAN, VPN, firewall, and basic network security.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, access points, and network devices.
- Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments (POS, branch connectivity) is a plus.
- Basic experience with server environments (Windows/Linux, on-premise and/or cloud).
- Familiarity with network monitoring, documentation, and incident handling.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Job Role:
- Review, support, monitor, and maintain network and infrastructure systems across offices and retail outlets.
- For new retail outlets and office, review CCTV, network and infrastructure design to ensure ti will meet the needs of the retail stores and office operations.
- Ensure stable, secure, and reliable connectivity for POS systems and internal applications.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Ruijie, UniFi, and MikroTik network devices.
- Handle network setup and support for new store openings and expansions.
- Perform routine maintenance, configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and basic security hardening.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Assist in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
