We are currently assisting a client, a company producing pilsener and stout beer based in Bekasi, in their search for an IT Manager.
PRINCIPAL PURPOSES OF THE POSITION:
- To Create & Maintain vision & mission IT Dept to achieve Corporate & Directorate Vision & Mission.
- To Direct and supervise the Information Technology Department in supporting company and its various offices in all information technology related matters in a good manner in order to keep the company in a competitive edge in brewing industry.
- To continuously promote suitable new technology for the benefits of company and it's subsidiaries within the approved budget and also to have a good Image of the department.
- To set-up the company policy in Information Technology in order to have manageable and beneficial Information Technology support within the company.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND AUTHORITIES:
- Prepare budget, spending and control of the Information Technology department approved budget.
- To maintain and improve the Information Technology support level. To work together with all Departmental Managers for setting-up the best suitable Information Technology support for its respective department.
- To manage/maintain the operational of in-house develop applications.
- To continuously update the users with suitable IT information/training to have a better tools in its respective areas within company IT policy.
- Decide IT specifications (S/W and H/W) proposals for IT projects within the company.
- Represent the company for IT business practices. To co-ordinate the SAP integration package implementation in terms of requirements, planning, systems installations and interdepartmental inter company communications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 15+ years of working experience in a related position, with a solid understanding of the company's business operations.
- Ability to actively participate in client engagements, contribute to decision-making, and add value to client relationships.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent at building external relations and professional networks.
- Proficient in oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is a MUST.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Objective and unbiased decision-maker.
