IT Manager
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Work Experienc
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the IT field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Proven experience leading IT teams and managing technology or system implementation projects within labor-intensive industries
Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, and cloud systems)
- Solid understanding of IT security and data protection practices
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP or Oracle ERP).
Managerial & Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term IT plans
- Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and senior management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
