About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring/Spring Boot. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
- Execute complex SQL queries and perform database performance tuning.
- Collaborate on OJK Audit and other regulatory data reporting initiatives.
- Manage project requirements independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Talented fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
- Strong understanding of loan-related businesses (online or offline) is a plus
- Proactive attitude, high self-motivation, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong understanding of database management, including complex SQL and query performance tuning.
- Familiarity with OJK Audit or other Data Reporting tasks is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
