IT Infrastructure Head

The Company serves the customers in the Small and Medium Business (SME), Retail (Consumer) and Mass Market segments, through banking products and services embedded in an ecosystem by optimizing technology.

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for the stability of infrastructure devices, networks, and databases.
2. Responsible for providing development solutions for activities related to infrastructure, networks, and database systems.
3. Ensures that the developed infrastructure and network meet user requirements.
4. Ensures the compatibility of infrastructure within a system with other systems.
5. Identifies, measures, and adequately controls risks that may arise in relation to the development and procurement of infrastructure and networks.
6. Ensures data backup and IT operational readiness for disaster recovery (DR).
7. Designs, configures, and tests computer hardware, network software, and operating system software.
8. Monitors network performance to determine whether adjustments are needed and to identify where future changes should be made.
9. Coordinates with IT Security and Governance regarding server user access governance, oversees access usage for each IT Infrastructure and Database Administrator, and evaluates the utilization of such user access.

Specific Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Telecommunications.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field and position.
3. Strong understanding and mastery of IT infrastructure, networks, and database systems.
4. Strong understanding and mastery of Data Center governance.
5. Understanding of DevOps activities, Release Management, and DR (Disaster Recovery) Testing concepts.
