INTIKOM is Hiring for Infrastructure Engineer

Scope of Work

• Manage and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu), including installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
• Perform patch management, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation to ensure infrastructure security and compliance.
• Manage storage systems, including SAN, NAS, backup, and restore operations.
• Monitor and optimize virtualization platforms, server performance, and infrastructure capacity.
• Support Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) infrastructure operations.
• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance reports.
• Prepare, execute, and support Disaster Recovery (DRC) testing activities.

Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure/System Administrator.
• Proficient in server administration for Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Experienced in patching, hardening, vulnerability management, as well as SAN/NAS management and backup & recovery.
• Knowledgeable in virtualization, infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and Data Center & Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) environments.
• Possesses strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• VMware, Microsoft, or Linux certifications are a plus.
