Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring satisfaction.
Assess existing IT infrastructure to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Develop comprehensive strategies for network, server, and cloud solutions, aligning with business goals.
Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and processes for reference and compliance.
Implement metrics and tools to monitor infrastructure performance and recommend enhancements.
Advise on security and compliance, including risk management, following best practices.

IT Technical Expertise

Hardware/Software concept
Server and Storage virtualization, Resource Management, and Monitoring (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, NETAPP)
Cloud platform (AWS, BCP)
Database management (e.g. SQL Server)
Network & Security (e.g. Topology including OSI layer, WAN, Firewall,..)
Enterprise Platform Management (e.g. Exchange, Antivirus,..)
Backup Management (e.g. ArcServe, Veeam)
Project Management Lifecycle (Planning, Testing, Delivery, Monitoring)

Requirement

Fluent in English and Bahasa (Japanese is plus point)
Experience in Multi National Company
Bachelor Degree or equivalent from reputable university (min. GPA 3.0 out of 4.0)
