Job Title: IT Infrastructure Auditor (Junior, 12 Years Experience)

Location: Central Jakarta (Full WFO)

Reports To: IT Internal Audit Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior IT Infrastructure Auditor to support the evaluation and assurance of the company's IT infrastructure environment. The role is responsible for conducting infrastructure and security audits, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to ensure system reliability, availability, and security in line with business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct audits of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
2. Review system configurations, capacity, availability, and redundancy.
3. Perform security audits covering firewalls, access controls, CCTV, and last-mile connectivity.
4. Assess Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and infrastructure monitoring systems.
5. Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Business Objectives

1. Maintain the reliability and availability of IT systems.
2. Minimize downtime and operational risks.
3. Ensure infrastructure security and readiness.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Minimum 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, and/or IT audit.
2. Knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and IT security.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
4. Able to work independently with moderate supervision.
5. Professional certifications are an added value (CCNA, CISA, Security+).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Completion of infrastructure audits according to the approved audit plan.
2. Identification of high-risk findings related to system availability and security.
3. Percentage of audit findings resolved within the agreed SLA.
4. Quality and timeliness of audit reports.
