About the Role

We are seeking technology professionals across multiple levels of seniority to strengthen our enterprise technology governance, infrastructure availability, and industrial cybersecurity defense across group-wide operations.

Depending on your background and leadership track record, positions range from Senior Professional / Subject Matter Expert to Department / Division Head, with core focus areas encompassing:

• Enterprise IT & OT Governance & Operations
• Corporate & Industrial Cybersecurity (IT/OT)
• IT Service Management & Operational Reliability

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Governance & Technology Roadmap: Formulate and enforce enterprise technology policies, solution architecture standards, data lifecycle frameworks, and delivery governance across corporate and site facilities.
• Cyber Defense & Operational Resilience: Drive end-to-end security posture across corporate systems and industrial Operational Technology (OT) networks—covering threat monitoring, incident response, network defense, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443).
• Service Delivery & Availability: Oversee enterprise IT service delivery, incident and problem management, change enablement, and continuous service improvement (ITIL) to ensure high-availability operations across critical business infrastructure.
• Technology Asset & Vendor Management: Direct technical investment priorities, vendor performance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational technology asset lifecycle strategies.

Requirements & Experience Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity Operations, IT Service Management, or Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Head / Leadership Level: Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in strategic leadership roles overseeing IT governance, enterprise infrastructure, security operations, and multi-entity service delivery.
• Strong preference for candidates with exposure to asset-intensive industries (energy, mining, natural resources, manufacturing, engineering, or large diversified groups). Exposure to industrial automation / Operational Technology (OT) environments is a distinct advantage.
• Preferred Certifications (Non-Mandatory):
• Governance & Architecture: COBIT, TOGAF.
• Security: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or IEC 62443.
• ITSM: ITIL (Foundation / Managing Professional).
• Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, vendor governance, and full professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
