Dengan pengalaman lebih dari 28 tahun, BAF telah melayani 8,2 juta pelanggan dan didukung oleh sekitar 9.000 karyawan yang tersebar di 250 lokasi di seluruh Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end processes of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including Cybersecurity Governance and Data Privacy Management
Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, monitoring of all IT GRC initiatives, and Cybersecurity Governance
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GRC frameworks and the ability to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while also strengthening our cybersecurity posture and data protection practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT GRC, Cybersecurity Governance, or Risk and Compliance Management
Strong knowledge of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar
Familiar with regulatory standards related to data privacy (e.g. PDPA)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent communication and coordination skills
