Job Description

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, standards, guidelines, and SOPs
Ensure IT policies align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001)
Conduct regular policy audits and compliance assessments
Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and Business Units to enforce governance standards
Identify gaps in current IT processes and recommend improvements
Provide training and awareness sessions related to IT governance and policies
Monitor regulatory and technology changes that may impact company policies
Prepare documentation and reports for management and audit purposes
Support internal and external audit activities related to IT governance

Requirements

Person We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Min 3 years of experience in IT governance, IT compliance, risk management, or policy development
Strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards (ISO 27001)
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams
IT portfolio and investment governance expertise
Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit management
