Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Has 2 years of IT Governance, Project Manager, or related positions
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects (planning, execution, delivery)
- Strong understanding of IT Governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO standards)
- Hands-on experience with legacy systems, particularly COBOL/mainframe environments
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience in IT Service Management and SLA handling
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage risks, timelines, and budgets effectively
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus
