Job Description

Managing and maintaining a companys technological equipment such as computers laptops projectors etc.
Ensuring that company devices interconnect with file servers email servers and financial systems seamlessly.
Installing upgrading and managing software and hardware on company devices.
Managing all software licensing.
Performing backups and restoring lost data as needed.
Evaluating and recommending software purchases.
Assisting in diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Keep up-to-date with the new IT technology (new hardware and/or software).
Maintaining all existing websites and developing new websites and applications.
Providing database and document security (encryption).
Reporting directly to Executive Boards.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Availability ASAP
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, including team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of website systems, databases, and networking.
Proficient in Linux (Ubuntu), VMware virtualization, and on-premise database servers.
Experienced with Nginx, Apache, CMS, cPanel, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Skilled in Fortinet firewall management and NAS storage systems.
Strong reporting, prioritization, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and reading skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
