Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent)
- Have at least 7 years of experience in IT solutions or enterprise applications, preferably in FMCG, Manufacture, or Retail industry
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP/WMS) and business processes (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance SAP is a plus)
- Familiar with databases and system integration (API, middleware) and SDLC
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to cloud-based applications
- Nice to have: experience with DMS / SFA
Responsibilities:
- Bridge business needs with scalable IT solutions, acting as the key liaison between business units and IT, and translating requirements into clear system solutions (BRD/FRD)
- Lead enterprise application delivery (ERP, WMS, CRM, POS, BI), managing the full lifecycle from design to deployment and support
- Manage IT projects end-to-end, including scope, timeline, budget, vendors, risks, and delivery using waterfall or agile-hybrid approaches
- Drive business process improvement through automation, digitalization, and continuous enhancement initiatives
- Develop and maintain the application roadmap aligned with business priorities and company strategy
- Ensure proper documentation, governance, security compliance, stakeholder communication, and user adoption to deliver measurable business value
