  • Identify, prospect, and hunt new customers through active canvassing and networking
  • Generate and qualify leads for IT solutions (HRIS, IT Security, Cloud, and other software products)
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales coordination
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / IT Business Consulting
  • Proven experience selling IT solutions such as HRIS, IT Security, Cloud, or similar software products
  • Strong experience in new customer acquisition, hunting, and canvassing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Abile to join ASAP, placement in South Jakarta
