IT Business Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn business problems into practical system solutions.
• Able to create clear functional and technical documentation, flowcharts, and system diagrams.
• Great communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Confident in presenting ideas, leading discussions, and delivering product demos to clients.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases.
• Familiar with Java.
• Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.

What You'll Do

• Understand client business processes and identify how our solutions can solve their challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create project documentation such as FSD, HLD, test scenarios, and other supporting documents.
• Work closely with developers and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform system testing and ensure features run according to business requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support implementation and monitor system effectiveness after deployment.
• Be involved in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and product improvement initiatives.
