Business analyst are responsible for bridging thegap between IT and the business users using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirement and deliver data driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders Business analyst engage with business leaders and users to understand Business analyst should support quality assurance processes by ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Analytical Thinking - Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements
Requirement gathering, root cause analysis, and process mapping
Documentation & Modeling Skilled in preparing documentation such as:BRD, FSD/FRD (Functional Specification Document), UML, Flowcharts
Stakeholder Communication - Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, QA, UI/UX)
Tools & Technology - Familiar with tools such as:Jira / Trello / API postman
Agile/Scrum Understanding - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
experience 3-5 years in similar role (IT business analyst, Product owner, project management)
