IT Business Analyst

Roles Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BRD and FSD.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration and architecture design.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
• Perform data queries and analysis using SQL (Intermediate to Advanced level).
• Support projects involving backend systems and/or frontend applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Insurance background
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects (minimum duration of 6 months)
• Skilled in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Hands on experience IT project, Distribution Channel (Agency & Bancassurance).
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects (minimum duration of 6 months)
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good knowledge of system architecture and integration flows
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing or leading project teams
• Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
