Job Description

Gather business requirements through discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Analyze business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Business Technical Requirements.
Act as a bridge between business users, internal IT teams, vendors, and external clients.
Ensure requirements are well-documented, traceable, and aligned with business goals.
Assist in UAT preparation, test scenario creation, and validation of delivered features.
Support implementation activities including user communication, documentation, and process alignment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog grooming) when applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
24 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst.
Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Banking business processes.
Experience working in the financial industry, preferably banking projects.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Ability to create business and technical requirement documents.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Experience with Cash Management System applications is highly preferred.
