Contract Duration: 3 months ONLY (project-based)
Location: Cilegon (WFO)
The qualities our clients seeks:
- 24 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to IT Infrastructure or Data Center projects.
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and produce clear BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Willing to work under a project-based contract for 3 months (NOT EXTENDABLE).
- Willing to be placed on-site in Cilegon.
What you will do:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed BRDs and FRDs for technical implementation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and data center teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and aligned with technical capabilities.
- Support project planning by identifying business needs, scope, and constraints related to IT infrastructure solutions.
- Facilitate discussions and meetings between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Assist in validating solutions, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, track requirements, and provide updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
