Qualifications:

• Min. Exp 2 years as Asst. Mgr/ Mgr
• Comprehend ERP
• Understand Language: Web, React Native, JS, Angular, laravel
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
• Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems

Responsibilities:

• Staying up to date with new network technology
• Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
• Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
• Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
• Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
• Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources
• Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security
• Creating and implementing the organization's IT policy and best practice manuals
