  • Develop and manage enterprise architecture across application, data, technology, and integration domains.
  • Ensure IT architecture aligns with business strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Lead IT service management and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams on roadmap planning and modernization initiatives.
  • Monitor technology trends and assess relevance for the insurance business.
  • Mentor architects and promote consistency, scalability, and reuse across solutions.
  • Drive simplification, cost optimization, and reduction of technical debt.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or EA certifications such as TOGAF preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture/technology leadership, including leading architecture teams.
  • Experience in digital transformation or innovation within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) and IT governance (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
  • Broad technical expertise across applications, data, cloud, integration, and security.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology with strategy.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
