Job Description
- Develop and manage enterprise architecture across application, data, technology, and integration domains.
- Ensure IT architecture aligns with business strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
- Lead IT service management and drive adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams on roadmap planning and modernization initiatives.
- Monitor technology trends and assess relevance for the insurance business.
- Mentor architects and promote consistency, scalability, and reuse across solutions.
- Drive simplification, cost optimization, and reduction of technical debt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or EA certifications such as TOGAF preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in IT architecture/technology leadership, including leading architecture teams.
- Experience in digital transformation or innovation within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) and IT governance (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
- Broad technical expertise across applications, data, cloud, integration, and security.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology with strategy.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
