Job Description

Responsibilities

Join our team as an IT Application Support professional and play a key role in maintaining business applications, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support to ensure system stability and availability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and user inquiries based on SLA targets.
  • Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
  • Support testing activities, including UAT, before deployment.
  • Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support or IT Support
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience troubleshooting application and system issues
  • Understanding of incident management and SLA-based support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with UAT, ticketing systems, or monitoring tools is a plus
