- Provide application support to ensure system stability and availability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and user inquiries based on SLA targets.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
- Support testing activities, including UAT, before deployment.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support or IT Support
- Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience troubleshooting application and system issues
- Understanding of incident management and SLA-based support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience with UAT, ticketing systems, or monitoring tools is a plus
