IT Account Manager

Job Description

• Lead as the main contact for customer accounts.
• Act as hunter to drive new business opportunities through personal networks and partners.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for growth with existing clients and exceed sales quotas.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and handle escalations effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
• 2+ years of experience in IT resources or outsourcing sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Responsive, analytical, and solution-oriented.
