Job description
Required Skills and Experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 year experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in
a client-facing role within the technology/digital solutions/IT industry selling solutions or SW
or Platforms to Enterprises in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise sales deals as a single transaction or multi year
transaction handling sales process from start to finish.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets or Quota in a assigned territory
or Industry segment.
- Past achievement demonstration ability to manage end to end sales process and negotiate
contracts to close.
- Account mining and deal nurturing experience will be required.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at various levels, including operational and
managerial (experience with C-level is a plus).
- Proven ability in relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and
English.
- Well-organized and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) will be a plus.
- Focused on result and achievement of targets and KPIs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mostly existing client accounts. Maintain and
develop professional relationships with client stakeholders, from operational to managerial
levels.
- Understand the business needs and challenges of clients and translate them into relevant solutions using Itasofts products and services.
- Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth solution
implementation.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct revenue forecasting for the accounts under management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing clients in enterprise or corporate sectors.
- Familiarity with technology solutions like Microsoft, Oracle, SalesForce, Odoo, Zoho, Outsystems etc., will be preferred.
- A strong professional network in the existing Indonesian enterprise space is an added advantage
- A graduate from a reputable institution of Indonesia with a Major in Science, Technology, Business or Commerce
