Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Malang as a Guru PAUD/TK at KB-RA IT Impianku. The role involves planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that integrate Islamic teachings with modern educational approaches such as Montessori and STEAM. The teacher will foster students faith, character, independence, and learning skills. Responsibilities include guiding children through hands-on activities, supporting practical life skills, encouraging Quran memorization, and maintaining strong communication with parents. Collaboration with other educators is essential to ensure the highest standards of early childhood development and learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in early childhood education and development, with familiarity in Montessori and STEAM methodologies.
• Proficiency in teaching Quranic values, guiding Tahfidz Juz 30, and incorporating Islamic teachings into daily activities.
• Strong teaching, planning, and organizational skills to create effective and engaging lesson plans.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and maintaining productive relationships with parents.
• Creativity, patience, and the ability to inspire children to develop good manners, faith, and independence.
• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Islamic Education, or related fields is required.
• Experience in a similar teaching role and involvement in international education networks is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is an advantage.
