  1. Manage legal aspects: contract drafting & review, permits, and compliance with regulations.
  2. Handle industrial relations: communication with labor unions, dispute resolution, and management of company regulations/collective labor agreements.
  3. Oversee General Affairs: office facilities, assets, security, vendors, and daily GA operations.
  4. Support management with reports, analysis, and team supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, with 57 years of experience in Legal/IR/GA (minimum 2 years in Assistant Manager level).
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, government regulations, and corporate permits.
  • Experienced in industrial dispute handling and legal drafting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and high integrity.
  • Advocate license is a plus.
