Job Title: IP Product Solution Engineer (Financial Services Industry)

Employment Type: 1 +1 year contract with following potential convert to permanent employee.
Adecco is assisting a well-known multinational telecommunications company in hiring a IP PSE (FSI).
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the competitiveness of the Indonesia our client enterprise solution, including but not limited to providing differentiated solution guidance strategies for customer requirements and competitors in the project, and guiding the team to implement customized and scenario-based solutions.
- Promote our client Product solutions in the Indonesia Enterprise Market
- Communicate our client Datacom solutions with the technical department
- Build and maintaining client relations
- Plan and support market branding actions in the Enterprise business area
- Attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations
- Track potential competitors, developing alternative strategies
- Knowledge transfer to sales team members
- Product presentation to customer, increase market awareness of our client portfolio products
- Develop the target, direction, path, pace, and tactics of the our client enterprise product market in two to three years, and specify the resource allocation requirements, such as the development manpower and marketing investment. Lead the team to achieve the goal.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other ICT related majors.
- At least 5 years product/solution Sales hands-on experience in ICT industry, especially enterprise business field
- English is a must, Chinese language ability is preferred
- Preferably is a Datacom product manager from Finance Industry
- Familiar with routers, switches, carrier and enterprise network architectures
- Familiar with various network protocols (IGP/BGP/SR/MPLS/SRv6/L2vpn/L3vpn), etc.
- Be familiar with the customer network composition and status quo in the financial industry and advantages and disadvantages of mainstream vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strong communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations
- Understand the local industry ecosystem and have certain influence in the industry.
- Project operation capability: Be able to promote lead generation in projects, effectively convert leads into opportunities, develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success.
- Transaction management capability: Be able to develop effective commercial strategies, manage prices, and achieve project profit targets.
- Able to create Business forecast report
- Have intermediate skills in all Microsoft such as excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint etc.
