Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Responsible for the daily operation of the brand's proprietary IPs across Indonesia's social media matrix (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), with the aim of increasing exposure, follower count, and user engagement.

 2. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with the proprietary IP's tone, enhancing brand awareness, user interaction, and IP influence.

 3. Track and analyze social media data (follower growth, engagement rate, content performance, etc.), continuously optimize content direction to improve IP favorability.

 4. Identify and maintain Indonesia-based KOL/KOC resources, plan collaborative IP content to drive exposure and conversion.

 5. Plan and execute online campaigns based on platform trends, local holidays, and IP launch schedules to boost user retention across all channels.

 

 Requirements:

 1. Bachelor's degree or above; Chinese and English can be used as working languages.

 2. Familiar with the ecosystem and algorithm logic of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, with a strong sense of content risk management.

 3. Over 3 years of experience operating Indonesian social media accounts, familiar with local culture and user preferences, experienced in building accounts from scratch and independently planning creative content.

 4. Sensitive to Indonesian social trends, understands the content preferences of the toy/entertainment/young consumer groups.

5. Proficient in social media management and data analysis tools, with excellent content planning and execution abilities.
