Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors.
- Respond to investor inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
2. Financial & Corporate Disclosure
- Prepare and coordinate public disclosures, including:
- Financial statements and earnings releases
- Annual reports and sustainability reports
- Press releases and corporate announcements
- Ensure all disclosures comply with OJK and IDX regulations.
3. Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings call materials, and briefing documents for management.
- Support quarterly earnings calls, analyst meetings, and investor briefings.
- Translate complex financial data into clear and compelling narratives.
4. Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and analyst reports.
- Track company share performance and investor sentiment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on market perception and valuation.
5. Corporate Actions & Events
- Support execution of corporate actions (e.g., IPO, rights issue, bonds issuance, dividend announcements).
- Organize investor-related events such as:
- Public expose
- Investor meetings and roadshows
- Annual General Meeting (AGM)
6. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Finance, Corporate Secretary, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all external communications.
- Align investor messaging with company strategy and performance.
7. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to disclosure regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support regulatory filings related to investor communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial statements.
- Familiarity with OJK and IDX regulations is highly preferred.
