Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Investment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of financial markets, investment products (mutual funds, stocks, bonds), and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly market updates, product reviews, and macroeconomic reports to inform and engage investors with relevant insights and data-driven perspectives.
- Write high-quality articles, weekly bulletins, and educational content about the capital market, investment products, and financial trends to strengthen Makmur's position as a trusted investment platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams by providing up-to-date investment data, FAQs, and other supporting materials to enhance client communication and engagement.
- Represent Makmur in investment education events (both online and offline) as a speaker or panelist, promoting company's brand position in fintech space.
- Coordinate with media partners to prepare and distribute press releases and articles, ensuring Makmur's insights are featured in major financial publications.
- Develop engaging content related to financial markets and investment products for Makmur's Instagram and other social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create content that introduces new investment products or features in a clear, educational, and appealing manner.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, adaptability, efficiency, and high integrity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Solid understanding of mutual fund products and general knowledge of capital market instruments.
- Genuine and continuous interest in investment, financial markets, and macroeconomic developments.
Nice to Have (Big Plus):
- Holds (or is in the process of obtaining) professional certifications such as WAPERD, WPPE, WMI, CFP, or CFA Level I+.
- Prior experience managing social media or content related to investments or financial education.
- Basic proficiency in financial modeling and equity/company analysis, including valuation metrics (e.g., PER, PBV) and simple portfolio analysis.
