Job Description

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Investment Senior Manager - Technology with the following details:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, economics, or other quantitative fields (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or venture capital.
  • Strong exposure to the technology sector, preferably with hands-on experience or deep understanding of AI, digital platforms, and emerging tech trends.
  • Proven ability to conduct market and industry research, including competitive benchmarking, market sizing, and sector mapping.
  • Advanced financial skills with the ability to build, analyze, and present financial models (valuation, scenario analysis, business forecasting).
  • Experience in conducting due diligence for technology companies, covering commercial, financial, and operational aspects.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights to senior stakeholders and investment committees.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and business units, during transaction processes.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job Descriptions:
  • Conduct comprehensive market and industry research within the technology and AI sectors to identify trends, risks, and new investment opportunities.
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis for potential investments and existing portfolio companies.
  • Support end-to-end investment processes, including deal sourcing, preliminary assessment, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Prepare and present investment memos, reports, pitch decks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
  • Evaluate financial performance and strategic initiatives of technology portfolio companies and propose improvement or growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, industry experts, investors, and technology partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between investment strategy and company objectives.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and technology advancements, especially related to AI adoption, data governance, and digital ecosystems.
  • Support portfolio management activities, including performance tracking, risk assessment, and synergy exploration across the technology investment ecosystem.
