Position Overview
Our client, a
financial services firm specializing in currency-based investment and trading strategies, is seeking a high-performing
Investment Relationship Manager to drive capital-raising activities among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in Indonesia.
This role is critical to the firm's growth agenda and requires a senior professional with a strong personal investor network, proven credibility with affluent clients, and the ability to secure
large-ticket investments (SGD 1M+). The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to design and execute investor engagement and fundraising strategies while achieving ambitious capital-raising targets.
Key Responsibilities 1. Investor Recommendation & Promotion
- Represent and promote the firm's currency-based investment and trading solutions to qualified high-net-worth investors.
2. Investor Sourcing & Networking
- Identify, approach, and engage high-net-worth individuals across Indonesia.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of investors capable of committing SGD 1M and above.
- Represent the firm at high-level networking events, conferences, forums, and investor meetings.
3. Relationship Building & Management
- Engage prospective clients with a demonstrated interest in alternative and currency-based investments.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and consistent communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, providing tailored updates and insights.
4. Client Engagement, Strategy & Execution
- Develop personalized engagement strategies to drive client adoption and commitment.
- Collaborate with senior management to set, monitor, and exceed capital-raising targets.
- Provide structured client feedback to refine investor messaging and market positioning.
5. Proposal & Presentation Development
- Prepare customized investment proposals and presentations highlighting the value proposition of the firm's trading strategies.
- Facilitate discussions and coordinate meetings between clients and senior management to secure investment commitments.
6. Market Insights & Reporting
- Track investor sentiment and engagement progress.
- Provide regular reports on client activities, pipeline status, and conversion outcomes.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all client communications and agreements adhere to applicable Indonesian regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records and interaction logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, private banking, financial advisory, or comparable roles.
- Established network of high-net-worth investors and financial stakeholders in Indonesia.
- Strong communication, relationship-management, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated track record of influencing investor decisions and achieving SGD 1M+ fundraising targets.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
