What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Design, schedule, and manage lifecycle-based customer engagement campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, churn prevention).
  • Segment customers based on behavior and preferences to deliver relevant messaging.
  • Create creative content (copywriting & CTAs) for each communication channel (push notifications, email, WhatsApp).
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to identify the best formats (CTR, CVR, open rate).
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign metrics and the effectiveness of each cohort.
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to build automation journeys using tools such as MoEngage, Insider, or Talon.One.
  • Manage promotional communications, product education, and gamification activities such as daily missions, cashback, and loyalty programs.
  • Support cost optimization strategies through frequency control, quotas, and reward probability settings.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment.
