What youll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Create & manage tickets at JIRA for data reconciliation processes related to Business Unit achievements / disbursement of cash-reward to Customers.
- Verify supporting documents for each Customer who will be claimed by the Business Unit.
- Communicate with the Business Unit if other documents are needed for the achievement claim process and portfolio transfer results.
- Record Customers who are eligible for transfer from GTM to Group Relations, monitor approval of portfolio transfer, & ensure the transfer is recorded on the Group Relations dashboard.
- Record Customers who are eligible to receive cash-reward and process cash-reward payments to the team payment.
- Ensure cash-reward payments are in accordance with the SKU and prevent double payments.
- Assist Business Development in preparing daily performance reports for each Business Unit.
What Is Required and What Were Looking For
- Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Has good organizational skills.
