What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Track and report key business performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist in streamlining internal planning workflows and data collection processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of segmentation programs.
What Is Required and What We're Looking For
- Open to final-year undergraduate students (with no remaining on-campus classes) or recent graduates.
- Preferred fields: Business, Management, Engineering, or other analytical disciplines.
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship program
- Willing to work on-site (Work From Office) in Jakarta – Menara Astra (Monday–Friday).
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and performance tracking.
