What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Conduct QA (Quality Assurance) for both new system implementations and BAU (Business-as-Usual) processes, including verifying that system logic aligns with applicable credit policies.
- Support the mapping and documentation of end-to-end credit systems and risk policies, including the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guide materials.
- Assist in testing and validating loan systems, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for feature enhancements or new policy implementations.
- Support daily credit risk operations, including credit limit increase processes, periodic manual SLIK checks, and flagging high-risk customers based on established criteria.
- Perform payment processing and external data reconciliation (including data from third-party vendors) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system.
- Collaborate with Data and IT teams to improve the accuracy, availability, and lineage of credit system data.
- Support policy changes within the credit system and ensure implementations are executed according to approved specifications.
What Is Required and What We're Looking For
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of credit risk concepts, banking systems, or data analytics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills for working with both system data and quantitative data.
- Proficiency or familiarity with programming languages (Python, SQL) and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Experience with or familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams (Technology, Risk, and Business) and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
