What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Assist in preparing Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), PPT, and PPPSPM training and awareness materials aimed at increasing employees awareness of the importance of preventing financial crimes within the Bank's operational environment.
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining the data required to fulfill LTKM and LAM reporting requirements.
  • Prepare, document, and manage correspondence, documents, and log trackers accurately, timely, and in accordance with established standards.
  • Maintain and archive compliance-related databases and documents, both in physical and digital formats.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Interested in reading and understanding regulations related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering), CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing), and PPPSPM programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and Macros is an advantage.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
